Cycle Zone provide FTP (Functional Threshold Power) test in order to assist the training of the Seorak Granfondo. (However, it will be limited to applicants for the 2018 Seorak Granfondo)

- Test provided as 10,000 won at the normal price of 80,000 won

- 8 times in total for 2 months (total of 40 people, 5 people for each session)

1. FTP (Lactate Threshold Power) Test & Concept & Cycle Zone Basic Skill Test (Approximately 1 hour 20 minutes)

2. Provide each individual FTP table based on the test result

3. Based on the test results, each individual's heart rate table is provided

4. Cycle Basics Test / Advice
